The following verbs follow the reporting structure of verb + someone + (not) to.
advise, beg, encourage, invite, order, warn
“Don’t go into the office right now. They are having a very serious chat.”
He advised me not to go into the office.

He begged the police officers to believe him.
“Go for it! Follow your dreams! You can do anything you put your mind to!”
Her friends encouraged her to follow her dreams and start her own business.

The speaker invited the participants to share their opinions.
“Do not touch this vase under any circumstances! It’s very precious.”
She ordered them not to touch the vase.
“Don’t copy from your classmates. If I see this happening I will have to disqualify you.”
The teacher warned her students not to copy from each other during the exam.
