10 Ways to Increase Participation in Corporate Training Courses

1. Buy-In

We get their buy-in first. Every course participant needs to apply for their place on the course.

2. Commitment

We explain clearly how English training can directly improve their performance and then we ask them to sign a commitment contract. And they keep a copy of it.

When they sign their commitment contract, they agree to attend 80% of the lessons or more. Any less than 80%, and they’re out.

That ensures there are no time wasters.

3. Proven Progress

We record a short interview at the beginning of the course and then at regular intervals throughout the course, so they can see their progress right from the beginning.

That’s a major motivator!

4. Gamified Rewards

We award badges whenever they hit a main milestone in the course, and those badges are socially shareable, so that has the added bonus of improving your company’s profile online.

5. Attendance Reviews

If a participant misses two or more lessons, we schedule a meeting with them to see how we can get them back on track.

6. Attendance Reports

We communicate monthly with the training organiser to let them know if anyone’s struggling.

7. Easy Access and Communication

All course materials are accessible from any device through our app. Also, course participants can speak with the group and their trainer at any time through our app.

8. Case Study Tasks

There are case study tasks throughout the course which are tailor-made for your company. These tasks display the participant’s accumulated skills, and they can immediately apply what they’ve learned to their job.

9. CPD-Accreditation

Our courses are CPD accredited. That means everyone who has attended 80% of the course or more will receive a CPD-accredited certification at the end.

These are also socially shareable, so they can show off their new achievements with their friends on LinkedIn and any other social media platform.
